Healthy recipe for easy cookies:
For 250 g of baked cookies you will need:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon of soda
45 g of margarine or butter
one teaspoon of salt
30 g of cheese (I put edam)
– No eggs
– No Sugar
Mix flour and soda. Make soft the butter and mix with grated cheese. Add salt and mix with flour. I have to add a couple of hot water too. When your dough is ready cut it to small sizes and shapes and put into cookie sheets. Before baking, cover every cookie with raw egg and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 15 mins with temperature 250 C.
You can serve this salty cookies to the beer snack, they taste very good together.
I decided to bake a holiday cookies and could not decide what of the cookies I would like to bake today: sugar cookies or sugar-free cookies. As a result, I made both of them.

Sugar cookie recipe:
For 15 pieces (appr. 250 g) you will need following ingredient:
1 full cup of all purpose flour (king arthur flour for example)
150 g of margarine or butter, softened
1/4 tea spoon of baking soda
2-3 spoon of sugar (or you can put more, if you want sweet cookies)
half lime or lemon
25 g of raisin
Make sure you butter is soft and cream it together with sugar. Add soda to a cup of flour and mixed them with folk. Add eggs and flour to the butter, mix it add juice from lime and raisin. Mix it very well, if the dough is sticking to the hand, probably you need to add a bit more flour.
Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls or you can use cookie cutters for a nice forms, and place onto ungreased cookie sheets. To make you cookies looks shiny you can cover the top of the cookies with raw egg and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for a 15 minutes in a 250 degrees or until golden.

It should not taste too sweet, for cookies definitely should be melt-in-the-mouth cookies.
I never liked asparagus, maybe because the Russian name sounds not so pretty. I tried it only once in one Laos restaurant and like the taste.
Yesterday doing shopping I saw this vegetable and can not walk away. I had no idea how to cook it, and prepare it by my own. I was surprised how asparagus easy to cook and how it great to eat.
Not only because it is delicious. Asparagus is low in calories, contains no cholesterol and is very low in sodium. It is also a good source of vitamins, calcium, magnesium and zinc, and a very good source o fdietary fiber and protein.
Easy recipe of Fried Asparagus with Tomato
450 g of fresh asparagus
Heat enough oil to cover the bottom of a large heavy skillet over medium to low-medium heat. Fry onion untill it turns to golden color, add fresh green asparagus ans fry for a nex 2 minutes. Then add tomatoes, salt and seasoning (for your own taste, I put just a little bit), keep on heat for a next 3-4, then add some boiled water and leave for a one minute more.
Asparagus taste great as a side dish with chicken too.
I was thinking about to make a cookies for a few days, but every time something disturb me from baking. Yesterday I baked them for a first time (I never baked the cookies before) and I still admire how easy it was and how testy the cookies are! The most important thing for me was that the cookies are very healthy, made from fresh eggs, finest oatmeal and little of sugar.
For 45 medium piece I put:
300 g of all-purpose flour
250 g of sugar
250 g of crushed oatmeal
250 g of butter, softened
1 spoon of baking soda
3 spoon of cocoa powder
As extra you can add some honey, raisin, nuts etc.,
I put frozen butter to the oven for a 10 minutes to be softened. Oatmeal I crushed in a blender.
With soft butter (it can be a margarine as well) I mixed sugar, eggs and flour with soda. Then added oatmeal and some cocoa powder.
Divided into small shapes and put 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Baked the cookies for a 15-17 minutes in 200 C.
